- Payment has been successfully received by Spirolabs.
2.2 Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds will not be provided if:
- Sample has already been collected;
- Test processing has started or completed;
- Report has been generated;
- Cancellation request is made after 7 days;
- Incorrect or incomplete information was provided by the user.
3. Refund Process
3.1 Mode of Refund
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during booking.
3.2 Processing Timeline
- Refunds will be processed within 15 business working days from the date of approval.
- Processing time may vary depending on banking or payment gateway delays.
4. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
In certain cases, Spirolabs may, at its sole discretion, provide partial refunds, including:
- If cancellation occurs after partial service (e.g., sample collected but test not processed);
- If any service component is unavailable.
5. Failed Transactions
If payment is deducted but:
- Booking is not confirmed, or
- Transaction fails

- The amount will be automatically refunded by the payment provider as per their policies;
- If not refunded within the expected time, you may contact Spirolabs support.
6. Rescheduling Instead of Cancellation
Users may choose to reschedule appointments instead of cancellation, subject to:
- Availability of slots;
- Prior notice before scheduled service.
7. Spirolabs Cancellation Rights
Spirolabs reserves the right to cancel any booking due to:
- Technical errors;
- Unavailability of services;
- Operational constraints;
- Force majeure events.
In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
